There’s a number of service providers in the market offering “No Call out Fee” or “No Fix, No Charge”. This is great marketing, but do you really want someone dropping in 2, 3 or more times to attempt to fix your problem? Whilst they might not charge you for their time, how much does it cost you in lost productivity? Oh, and by the way, Bolton IT don’t charge a callout fee either!
